HOMESTAY  

**GUEST  RULES  AND  REGULATION** 

1- check-in time 12:00 pm

    check-out time 11:00 am

2- full payment through online/cash before check-in.

3- please behave decently and do not make any noise that can disturb the well-being of our neighborhood.

4- please use furniture, utensils, and equipment well.

5- always put safety and hygiene first.

6- ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked when you are not at the homestay.

7- avoid wastage of water and electricity.

8- do not nail/graffiti inside or outside the homestay.

9- pets are not allowed.

10- dangerous goods or hazardous materials which is prohibited by the LAWS are not allowed into the homestay.

11- we don't serve the pork/beef and liqueur/alcohols in the homestay.

12- do not throw sanitary pads/diapers or any objects into the toilet bowl to prevent them from clogging.

13- report immediately any damage that occurs as soon as you begin to receive the room's key.  *the guest has to pay for any damage to the facility or amenity by themselves.

14- any extra person arrival which is not included with a reservation has to be informed on the time of the check-in and will charge extra 700-/rupees *age above five years will consider as extra person.   (age proof needed)

15- strictly no refund or cancelation amendment once the guest checked-in and if the guest is reducing the numbers of night stays then no refund is possible.

16- the agreed reservation amount and agreed food guest has to pay and these are no further more discounts.

17- only passport, adhar-card, voter-id-card and driving licens will accept as identity proof.

18- don't carry woodden logs or wood from the forest/woods.

*the owner/care-tacker of the premises is not responsible for any accident, injury to the body and loss of property.

* the owner of the premises has right to make any changes to the terms and conditions/rules and ragulations from time to time without any prior notice.

* this property is a homestay which is convert in to a comersial building.. it's not a hotel. so please dont  expect the servises like a hotel.    we try to serve yo better than better as we can.
