HOMESTAY    **GUEST  RULES  AND  REGULATION**   1 - check-in time 12:00 pm     check-out time 11:00 am 2 -  full payment through online/cash before check-in. 3 - please behave decently and do not make any noise that can disturb the well-being of our neighborhood. 4 - please use furniture, utensils, and equipment well. 5 - always put safety and hygiene first. 6 - ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked when you are not at the homestay. 7 - avoid wastage of water and electricity. 8 - do not nail/graffiti inside or outside the homestay. 9 - pets are not allowed. 10 -  dangerous goods or hazardous materials which is prohibited by the LAWS are not allowed into the homestay. 11- we don't serve the pork/beef and  liqueur/alcohols in the homestay. 12- do not throw sanitary pads/diapers or any objects into the toilet bowl to prevent them from clogging. 13-  report immediately any damage that occurs as soon as you begin to re...
